ABOUT

Laura Treneer is former CEO and Innovation Director for 60 year old communications charity CPO, with a focus on digital, brand and strategy at a time of significant organisational change. She started her career as a brand manager in educational publishing, developed networks for the Princes Trust, and recently has provided research and training for a wide range of charities in the Christian sector, including a series of books on church communications, 'Reach Out', for BRF. For more than 20 years Laura has been in church leadership with her husband David in Brighton, and brings wider experience of fundraising and marketing, copyediting and research, missions, leadership and governance. She lives with her family near the seafront in Brighton.

Caroline Millar (Chalk Lab) works alongside Frank Analysis specialising in strategic project management and church network collaboration initiatives. She has worked in recent years with London City Mission as Church Development & Partnerships Director, establishing and maintaining strategic relationships with senior church and parachurch leaders. Previous roles include Commercial Partnership Manager for the Mayor of London at City Hall, building partnerships between the public and private sector, and working at All Souls Langham Place church in London with a focus on those in their 20s and 30s. Caroline is part of the Evangelical Alliance’s One People Commission Young Adult Forum, works with City to City, has board experience and is a Director of ChalkLab. She lives in East London with her family.

Suzie Leveson works alongside Frank Analysis particularly on projects requiring a specialism in HR and coaching. Suzie is a CIPD member with 15 years HR experience from organisational change to leadership and management, disciplinary, policy provision and employee relations, at organisations including Tearfund, PFS and as HR Director at BRIT School, a performing arts and technology school in South East London. Suzie is also a qualified personal and professional coach, accredited by the International Coaching Federation, former governor of Spurgeons College and Trustee for the Baptist Union of Great Britain. Suzie lives in south London with her pastor husband Pete.
