We believe that even small improvements in communication can have a huge impact on an organisation's impact, reach and effectiveness. We offer an external perspective and practical help. These are some of the services we offer, but your situation will be unique, so let us know what you need and we'll start there.

Like an MOT for your comms, this is a cost effective way to prevent your  website, publications, social media and fundraising from becoming neglected. Either as a birds-eye overview or a focused deep dive, this exercise can lay the groundwork for change, identify blindspots as well as strengths, and give you practical recommendations, shaped to fit with your budget, capacity, goals and vision.

This works well for charities who want a short term intensive investment in their marketing: a way to realise measurable change quickly and cost-effectively.

Bespoke branding workshops, and communications training for teams, on communications strategy, digital and social, content marketing, branding or reaching churches.

Context research, stakeholder surveys and reports to inform your decision making. Previous projects include identifying comparable fundraising case studies, compiling relevant recent research on specific areas for trustee boards, and staff/supporter 'listening' exercises, with surveys, interviews and workshops.

Frank Analysis is committed to supporting and advising others, and particularly encouraging women in senior roles within Christian organisations, or communications roles. Sometimes external professional mentoring, over phone, in person or video call, can be useful as part of wider ongoing training. Packages and frequency to suit your situation.

We commissioned a report from Frank Analysis to help us better understand the current demographics, cultures, and trends in the UK church, including giving and local engagement. Laura understood the heart of the commission and did a great job of producing a really helpful and easily digestible overview of the context in which we work, to help us to plan how we connect with Christians and local churches going forward. I would definitely recommend working with Laura!

Stephen Hammersley, CEO, Pilgrim's Friends Society

Laura audited and reviewed our entire comms offering from the website to social media and publications. Her insights were invaluable and led to a complete change in our approach, implementing the vast majority of her suggestions. She works at a breath-taking speed with no sacrifice of quality and her understanding of the charitable and Christian sectors in the UK must be unparalleled in both depth and breadth. Laura's strategic mind, bottomless well of creativity, ideas and enthusiasm and love of learning and people make her a great joy to work with. I couldn't recommend her more highly.

Jo Swinney, Head of Communications, A Rocha International

In an early period of growth and planning, Laura came alongside Faith in Later Life and provided invaluable strategic input. As well as supporting me, she also audited our communications, delivered targeted digital growth, and undertook a key research project which resulted in the charity being able to plan more effectively and work through the best way we could demonstrate impact. Laura’s experience, strategic thinking and agility, along with her personable nature, made her a pleasure to work with.

Frank Analysis Ltd undertook project work in early 2021 for the School of Media, Arts and Humanities at the University of Sussex, to assist us in our submission to the Research Excellence Framework (REF). Laura was tasked with presenting a portfolio on a designated university web platform, providing an effective visual presentation of music research projects. The whole team was hugely impressed with the quality of the work Laura produced, and with the professionalism and efficiency with which it was carried out.

Professor Matthew Dimmock, REF Lead for the School of Media, Arts and Humanities, University of Sussex.

Laura helped SIM UK to design and deliver a ‘listening project’ as part of our strategic review.  She quickly grasped what we needed, worked brilliantly with our staff, represented us well to stakeholders and delivered an insightful and useful report of all the work, on time and within budget.  Her experience of organisational, church and mission leadership brought a lot of added value to the process, as did her connectedness within these worlds.  I wholeheartedly recommend her to others.

Deborah Agnes, SIM UK Director

We needed an ambitious publication producing in time for our official launch conference, with a tight deadline. We asked Frank Analysis for help. Laura and her team supported us with project planning, editing, design and even data sourcing and compiling for the infographics! They finished the job in record time. Kudos to Laura & Piero!
